Fire vs Lightning

Okay well i know the Fire imbune is better than Light imbune. But lets say you take 2 Full STR char's:
1 - Light maxed(with the magic damage increase buff)
2 - Fire maxed(with the physical damage increase buff)

So both chars don't have the other force(light doesn't have any fire and fire doesn't have any light). Both chars have the same weapon and skills. Each char can use its buffs(light char uses mag buff and fire char uses phy buff). Which char will have stronger attacks?

Fire without doubt.
Fire imbue (plus burn damage)> Light imbue.
Flame devil force(passive)+Flame boby > Pierce force.

Fire imbue (not imbune) is the the best for STR characters. Int characters need to drop a tree because of the next cap because of cold, and light nukes get stronger than the fire nukes thats why they are taking it.

STR characters should stick with fire, it still has the best imbue and the physical attack buffs mainly needed for STR characters.
