Anyone may explain what quests can be taken in Hotan for a Euro charecter and which one is set one time - which ones also restricts teleport- ... in order to take it last.

Every chinese quest can be done as euro and every euro quest can be done as chinese (exception for the inventory expansions (1st and 2nd) and the guide quest I think)
That includes quests also ranging from 1 to 40. There are no euro monsters after 40 so you can do the same quests chinese do accepting them in hotan and at 60+ in dw again (for the cave)
