ok so i wanted to play AoE online. but i cant join any games. i think this is my problem, but how do i fix it?

Not quite sure,try turn off ur firewall.

ok i think i found my real problem: ingame it sais that my IP is not usable if im not inside a network. so can anyone tell how to make/join a network?

Are you trying to make a lan game instead of online by mistake? :S
