Making a +7... maybe

I need suggestions, and have a few questions.

I just bought this about an hour ago:

I really REALLY want to +7 it. The person I bought it from said she bought it as +5 and then made it +6 with one try (notice no astral).

If I do try to +7 it... and it fails (assuming I have astral), how many tries does it take? I mean, it cant be... THAT many ;_; Any advice?

I'd go for the +7....its got Immortal...and its not gonna be your final weapon.

naw, I paid 140m + a sun 24+4 glaive xD (so like 220m realistically)

It's all chance. But people speculate that % of success is decreased with each + that is on weapon.

i have had 5 weapons break from +6 to 7

and countless fail from +6 to +7, but if you are feeling lucky i would go for it.

Well, the SOS wouldnt break (and also because of the immortal) right?

Sox items could break. Only immortal blue stat prevents it from breaking.

Its not speculation, JM actually states that on silkroadonline.net.

Do you have enough gold to get it back up to +5 at least? If yes, then go for it.

I have destroyed my sos 64 bow while failing +7

look at the stats, steady, immortal, that keeps it from being destroyed or losing durability.

This one has the stats indeed, however that doenst mean a Sox item cant be destroyed >.<

That cost you 120 mil + another sun?

52+5 blades are only about 60mil in my server, 64+5 shouldnt be a big jump to 200m XD

do it, but before you do get an 8D shield and +3 it. then intentionally fail it 3 times in a row. meaning dont use lucky powder. it MUST fail 3 times in a row. after it fails 3 times in a row, go to your secret alchemy spot and +7 your SOX Weapon.
