No Unique Spawns?

I just logged on to my server Sparta patiently waiting 4 hrs which I could have been sleeping to hunt TG. Turns out no Uniques had spawned..,

[ ] Kill All Uniques
[ ] Participate in Fortress War
[ ] Participate in Guild War
[ ] Finish Farming
[ ] Murder 10 Player Bots
