they do the same thing except certain one hand skills are doubled by it, and you need the "expensive" pills to get rid of dull, whilst your uni pills get rid of frost bite. also with 30 fire and good jewls you won't get frostbitten
Your animations go slower, but if you spam your skills, all the damages still arrive on time, the only thing it does succesfully is make you run slower
