sold my 4 week gold pass to merchant!! HELP!

OMG!!!
I just bought 300 silk & bought a 4 week gold pass and sold it at the weapon merchant on accident!!
I cant believe I did that!

How do I get it back???
I tried the buy back option and its not there!!! I bought every single thing back I sold & the gold pass isnt there!

I went to game support and they said no refunds..
i dont want a refund i want it reinstated so i can use it..

BUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

Im gunna quit now.. what a bitter taste to swallow!

Thats bad customer support!
