bard's resistance passive, how does it work

it says it works with music pleasure line... and moving march is under there

so do i get passive just for using march?

and is this resistance like to warlock skills or what?

It's mostly for the tambours; when you play music, and you get hit, there's a certain chance your music stops. The resistance reduces that chance.
