Dual axe is an underappreciated not very often used build, but one that has potential IMHO. It may not be the best choice for 1vs1 pvp, but for group pvp and pve it should be fine.
If you go warrior/bard, then I guess you'll go full STR, and will only need the march, confusion and noise spells. The other ones won't survive you switching weapons or won't do a lot of damage/MP healing for you since you're full STR.
If you go warlock/bard, you could play either roll within the party, depending on what is needed. It will be an SP heavy builld (both classes have a lot of skills), but bards seem to be requested more and more often on Troy. Apparently people underestimated the MP potting problem high level Euro spell casters encounter.
Playing warlock is just plain fun.

Well, I personally prefer playing INT based characters, so my preference would be for warlock/bard out of the choices you have. Personally I'm considering warlock/bard and warlock/cleric for a next build. Alternatively: I recently had some interesting pvp fights with a full STR lvl 80 rogue/warlock. Without special pills, I really had little chance unless I were to use frost nova.

the axes and bard would be fine, get mana cycle though, but noise on a warrior isn't a good thing in party grinding, need to make sure to get as much as you can first,
but all your warlock debuffs would go away if you tried to mana cycle yourself, thus ruining the best part of sub bard,
but i'd say the warrior
