Supposedly roq mountain. But again, its entirely up to JM. There are no official announcements regarding this matter as of the date of my post.

There must come a new unique just for a quest. and I would like an uruchi for Europe extra (level 40 unique)

HA HA, 50billion xp needed to lvl up and you're having to grind on lower lvl stuff

If and when 90 cap opens, which no one still has official news as to when it will, Rok Mountain is going to be released, just as Taklamakan was when the 80cap was opened - and as such, it is only reasonable to assume that the level 90 unique named Roq will then begin to spawn once someone on the server reaches level 90
