int hyb spear. worth it?

i saw some hyb int spear pvps. they all seems like hard to kill str and even some s/s. Even bow can kill afew crt to win in pvp with hyb spear. i know with snow shield, int can tank but i don't want blader like build. so, can int hyb spear do well in pvp? int hyb spear with 80% to 85% mag.
