What quest lets you delevel your masteries? I can't find it in the quest guide.

cursed hearts, get it at lvl 20 from any herbalist

nah just gogogo, every 10 hearts you get a potion that gives you 80% of a skill back in sp + it costes monies >.<

you have to be lvl 20 in order to get the hearts

delvling a lvl 69 skill will cost more then delvling a lvl 29 skill. the price is lvl based on the skill.
