Ummm, WTF

I was working on cleaning my computer to getting the minimum use of HD space.
I came across a problem -
The installer for my TeamSpeak will not delete. It keeps coming up saying "This program is being used by a person or program" I also get the same problem when trying to remove my Wubi installer.

Anyone know how i can get rid of them? Thanks

Ctrl + Alt + Dlt , End the process for them.

Use a program or file shredder to delete the folder or program as a whole.

no he means the comp doesnt let him uninstall his ts

he needs to end the proccess before he can uninstall it silly nilly
