Resuscitation Potion Quest

Today i wanted to get that quest where need to collect cursed hearts, but its not there. I know that it starts at lvl20 and can get at potion seller.

So what is the reason its not there. Can it be because i haven't done a single quest at euro side till lvl20?

Choose "Edit skills"

she means to click on "edit skills" when you talk to the potion seller. but you probably knew that...

Thank you so much, both of you. Damn, I didnt notice that there is ''edit skills'' option, I always thougt it was under talk to person and quest like thingie.
