Screenshots

Would it be hard to implement a script that deleted screenshots from the forum if they are rated under 5 after say 50+ votes? I was browsing them in boredom and having the d/c and server login screenies is pointless, lots of crud screens in there.

Then only the best and most fun/interesting pictures will remain.

Yea maybe is good idea .... But there is one pict who dont belong there hmm........if be so like you want so tell to RyO to deletet it ..he know what Screenshots it is.... o.O and is really pointless Screenshot :wink:

Riz, we already have the ability to delete screenshots i believe. we also have
the ability to add the screenshots; i think soda was on it last time.. we also
had this discussion a couple of times; like what we should keep n what not..
but never really pushed it through. i agree, we should clean it out every now
n then.

We do have a purge feature, problem is, screens arent correctly rated, a screenshot with one rating of 10 will have a rating of 7.5 for example.

Because all screenshots start with one initial vote, which is a "5".

This stops upvoters and downvoters.
