Question about robe armor.

1- Is it true that when u wear a FULL set of robe, your running speed will increase 20%?
2- Is it true that when u wear robe armor, your mag attack damage will increase?

If there's another something good about robes, tell it 2 me plz.

1. yes, and 20% less mp will be used while casting spells
2. no

he means garment!! I am wondering that will it gives any extra bonus by wearing the combination of armor and protector? Will it increases my speed by 5% or something? or nothing at all?
