hunter xp question

so i know u get hunter xp by killing npc/player thieves and when u get xp when the merchant sell their goods to the npc.

my idea is...wat if i have a higher lvl merchant friend do a trade run and party with me

then i just tele to the destination while he solo his way thru...

then when he sells his goods would I get xp?!?!

Yes, but why would you not be with the trader helping? If he doesn't make it you dont get anything, and since your already suited you mine as well be with the trader.

I think he just wants to go with a friend who can defend himself well. Probaly he also doesnt want to die himself. I dont know if this possible but i think it Glavie's Girl is right and you should go with the trader or else the use of hunters is gone.

haha dont wrrry knowing myself i wont let my friend solo ^_^
i was just wondering if its posible cuz someone brought it up in my guild.
