Time delay between Glavie skills

From browsing the forum, I've seen that must-have skills for glavie include ghost spear and soul spear. Now, I was wondering on 1) what succession are the skills usually performed (e.g. ghost spear before soul spear or soul spear before ghost spear) or it doesn't matter, 2) how long it would take one of the skills to recharge.

Lastly, with the above taken into consideration, how useful would it be to learn the combo skills. For example, will I have a smooth continous flow of attack skills if I include combos in my arsenal; something like combo, ghost spear, then soul spear (if there's a better order, please suggest it), or will there be an unused* skill in the process?

*by unused, I mean the time used to recharge ghost spear or soul spear is faster than the time to process either skill

Chain Spear Nachal has a seemless flow, and Shura isn't that far behind. Always use Ghost Spear as a finisher.

So by the time you finish Nachal chain, the recharge time is already over?
