Game Freezes

When im grinding, the game would freeze up for like 20 seconds then it would unfreeze. But when it unfreezes I take alot of dmg from the monster im fighting and I keep dying. This has never happened to me b4 and it just started happening. I dont know y. Plz help me im losing more xp then I am gaining.

The technical term for what you are experiencing is called

LagSammich

You take One slice of A server
One slice of your computer
And cram a buttload of lag between the two.
