1. Autopot
- Press the "T"-Key (that's the one with a "T" on it)
- Check the appropriate fields (health, mana, pills)
- Use the slider to select the threshold for autopot to kick in (depending on your build, your pot size, etc)
- Select where on your hotbar where your potions and pills will be
- Confirm your choices

- Open the hotbar in question and place potions and pills from your inventory in the spots you selected for autopot before

Optional:
- Choose a hotbar behind the ones with your skills on it, so the potions don't take away any space. If you need to be informed of your potion cooldown, also place a potion in the new quickbar or in the hotbars where your skills are on

2.

press "T" on your keyboard.

you should get a screen, then follow what it says on screen.
personally i like putting HP pots in my skill bar on the number 9 and my MP pots on number 0.

both at about 40%.

the strong yeoha tree stump you found is a party monster, you're supposed to fight those with party members. To find more, make an experience share party (not exp distribution, SHARE), and you should see more popping up.
