if i fill out my account login where i need to do it and i press LOGIN then i come on the main page if i try it again it is the same

i cant login plz help :!:

my computer build =
512mb ati radeon 9200
hard disk 160gb
work memory 2GB
windows XP home sp 1
IE 6

it needs 2 work doesnt it? plz help :!:
