Always Under Inspection? Need help please

ok, right before the euro update, i couldnt access the website or the game. now i can get onto the website by adding Joymax's server to my host file in the system32 folder, but i still cant get on the game, infact when i try to install euro, it tells me the new client can be installed after the euro update, which has already happened, here is the error i get everytime i try to install euro:


so if anyone could help me solve this problem that would be great
