As far as i know,it happens
if you are pure int and wanna wear armour, raise a warroir mastery to 1 lvl below you
if you are pure str and wanna wear garment, raise a wizard or warlok or bard mastery to 1lvl below you
it works,as my brother tried with his pure int bard/warroir,i gave him a tip that he can wear armour even he is pure int by lvling up his warroir mastery below his main mastery to be good defender even if the party faild and flew away from mobs, like that you can have better phy def even its light and less affording than garment (in the way of consuming mp and speed run)
but for pure str garment still not adviced because its a tanking build and armour is a must-have for tanking, but for pvp if you wear garment if will be usefulll IMO yet you will gain a bit less Mag def as pure str,
i havent tried this kind of build, yet its open for anyone to try it.
not lazy,but more thinking
making euro pure int/str char wearing armour/garment

honestly thats why european chars are kinda messed but a must have,
i mean messed because if a warrior want to pvp a chinese he will be owned in just three or two hits
in other words, warrior wearing garment is good in pvp
about the int build wearing armour for grinding,is useful too,
well its only suggested to make a main mastery equipment as fasd said, since IF someone needs to wear amour first before leanring his new skills.
P.S warrior garment would be good in pvp IMO but would he llong last for tanking?
