hey when the wizards are casting a spell will the be interrupted by something attacking them and cancel the spell?

like stun or knockback or knockdown ? or new skills whatever they will be of course

No, you can not be interrupted from casting a skill if someone or some Monster just hits you.

Like the above poster said some other skill must cancel yours like stun or knockdown.

Warlock's sleep status effect will also cancel any skill.
