i need help on my character

actually im a newbie i have a level 20 full str bowman character, i have 13 pacheon mastery 13 fire and 7 cold i have level 5 anti devil bow level 1 mutli arrow, level 1 white hawk 1 mind concentration level 1 ice river level 5 river fire level 1 flame body
THESE ARE MY QUESTIONS:
1. am i going on the right track?
2. what other skills and masteries do i need to add up?
3. is force skills needed? what skills?

Who Knows, Helps Where If You Say What You Want To Be E.G. Pure INT. Best Bet Would Be To Not Spend Any More Points On Pacheom, then Delevel it at Lvl 30
