Need some clarification on skill trees

What is the mastery cap at this present time? Is it 80 or 70?

If it is still 70, am I to assume that we have no idea when it will be raised to 80? (I read that it won't be included with Euro)

The lvl cap atm is 80. The skill mastery cap is also 80 obviously but we only have skills up to 70. With the euro update next week we will get chinese skills up to 80 but no 90 cap.
