Hey. i got a question about fan storm or wolf storm? which book would help reduce the hit from nuke? im a hybrid int and i still get killed by 1 hit nuke.

Books 1 and 3 are most useful imo, decreases mag attacks by a ton, book two has a chance of blocking nukes.
