Cannot login

I an new to the game.
I registered and can login to the web site - but cannot login in to the game iteself.

I have a router for my home network.

I tried to add the to the hosts file the gwgt1.joymax.com site with the IP of 121.128.133.26.

Nothing helps.

Any idea what can be done in order to start playing the game online?

Same problem here. All servers (over)crowded. I've been trying all day long and can't get on any. Is this normal? I only downloaded this morning so am newbie too. Not sure I want to spend my life "failing to connect". it sounds so depressing!
