Ice Graphic Question

So, I'm happily farming along, anxious to get my L50 Ice Nuke, right? You guys know, the one where all the ice shards fall down?
Lo and behold, only ONE fell down. Was never aware of the fact that L1 only gives you 1 shard of ice.
What the hell is going on? Is this just my computer, or is it how it's supposed to be? And what Level do you think my Ice needs to be, before it actually LOOKS like the ice nuke. Not this retarded little popsicle falling out of the sky.

Same with Frost Nova-Woods. When the Level gets higher, are the mounds of ice that spread in all directions larger, and last longer? Or what?

Clearly, there's only one shard falling out of the sky. Not ten, like there's supposed to be.

I'm at work right now, and SRO isn't installed into this computer. I could take a Pic later, if you want, but somebody must know something about it? After all, I don't think I'm the only person to have the Ice Nuke.

I have lvl 60 Ice skills and mine is fine. Tweek your video setting from the in-game menu and then log out and tweek them from the launcher options. Put everything on high and enjoy. I get "wind" effect thta way.

No, I'm pretty sure that it doesn't have anything to do with my graphics card, or the setting that I'm playing under, because I'm playing on high.
When I go to the South Gate of DW, I see people using the Ice Nuke, and it's raining down like hail. But why isn't mine? :cry:
