Messed up my Charr

I have one lvl 48 pure int s/s and my skills is pretty messed up..

Fire -lvl 45
Lighting - lvl 45
Bicheon - lvl 28 (Haha!!)

And my buffs is messed up to

I know.. i havent farmed on it but here is my question

If i level up Fire and Lighting to lvl 51 then get to lvl 60 with 9 gap
then level up my bicheon to lvl 51 while i lvl to 60, and lvling my buffs so they are maxed to lvl 51..

I started over with another cuz that charr sucks.. but its so boring under lvl 40 so can i start with this charr again and do that i talked about up there?? its a alot of sp but is it worth it ?? i have time for it cuz i have like no life Haha

well, my advice is get to a high level as fast as possible.

I worked out, leveling one mastery can be done with a 1 gap. So hows about this, get to level 63 with a 1 GAP, just levelling lightning. Use the light nukes and shouts to grind. Then, at level 63, get skills to 63, then start to grind the 72, creating a 9 gap. Then farm like crazy. Level 70+ drop the best items and get the best XP and SP. Then you can start to build up your other masteries. Bear in mind it is boring as hell to farm 100% without PVP, but you can do it!!!
