where to get the "sig" as fx "blade user"

Hi!
as topic says. do you guyz yourself make them? or do you get them from pages where you write what you are using?

like this one http://silkroadonline.org/tools/signature.html where you just write your name?

will you post some links where to find them or a guide how to make them in photoshop? thx for the help..
