Hello,

A friend of mine wanted to start playing SRO as well, but now he downloaded the client, installed it, and when he wants to start the game he gets this error:

"silkroad has generated error and has to be closed by windows"

I never heard of this error (and yes I also used the "search" function on this forum) and now I was wondering if some1 knows how to solve it.

1. What are your friend's system specs?
2. Have they tried rebooting?
3. Updated all drivers.
4. Have they tried downloading the client from another source, uninstalling old, reinstalling/repatching new?
