i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can anyone help me? after i have loaded all of the necessary things for silk road i click on the icon and press play...then it brings up a medium sized box that has a ton of question marks all over it and where its supposed to say accept and no it just has question marks and wen i click one nothing happens :banghead:

so can anybody tell me why this is going on and/or how to fix it?
