I dunno if this is normal or not but my friend says he had d9 fire, I didn't believe him but when I asked him to show me it was true. He gave me a piece and heres an ss:

Yeah you can get items which give D9 elements in takla

Yeah some of the higher lvl takla mobs drop the items that will have a few 9th. Just save them for the 9D gear...
