i need to change my password

i tried going to the normal website and change it but all that did was take me to a new place and i lost my characters, but i need to change my password

"New place" "lost your characters" What are you talking about???
All yuo ahve to do is click on the Forgot ID/Password link near the login boxes a the top of the website page, scroll down to the "Change Password" section, insert your character name and e-mail address, and then insert the answer to your secret question, and you will be given the option to change the password.
