Hi, this isnt a thread asking HOW to hack people. I want to know how i can prevent myself from being hacked durin game. I would like to know what to look out for to stop myself from being hacked.
yesterday an 8d trader was outside jangan who was standing next to his own trading item drops, i was a thief 6d. he said he doesnt want the items, which i thought was strange because there was enough to be a 5star trade. but i picked them up anyway and started to use the bandit return scroll. after i sold the items, he told me he had hacked me. so i imediatly gave my items to my guild master.
i logged on today and nothing seems wrong with my account. but maybe the guy is waiting till i have forgotten about it and have got my items back.
is it possable to hack this way? or was he just making me shit my self? lol
thanks

Dont think you can get hacked from just picking up items on the ground. O_o
But one time I got a random party invite and tried to leave the party a few secs later...as I was going to press the leave button my computer locked up and started to beep. It just went unresponsive and it seemed like something was trying to access my hard drive. O_O Then after that my computer didnt run right (ran super slow) even after a few reboots. When I reformatted it went back to normal though. My computer had never locked up like that before in sro and hasn't since.
So you might wanna watch out for those random party invites. ;o
