Hard to Log in( Help advise needed)

Dear members,

Why is it so difficult ot log in to SRO.
First, when PC all started up, click on the client and it always appear on the box ???...???...???.
For the past week, it's always been the same and sometimes lucky enuf to register but can't log in due to server traffic.
Is desktop PC preferred?? coz i'm using laptop..:(
Can any kind soul help??

No, i have a laptop, it's not the laptop although i used to think it was since i could never log on before on my laptop my friend alwasy got on 1st try on his elite lag free desktop, but now he can never get in, but i always do. =)

Guys,

It's me again...

I still ccan't log in again....if i restart i can get in to register ID and password.
If due to server traffic i have to dc...
But if i try again to start the client it always ??? ???? ???.
Bottom line...if need to log in ID password i need to restart PC..
Why is this so...never happen before??
Must i change my graphic card??

Pls advise.
