Helpful KS'ers

Well anyone whos been in the Death Desert knows its full of either bots
or rude players who ks you, call you a noob and then run off....well after
having enough of this i decided to go back to the yetis.

Well i was grinding on them just past the Oasis and was talking to kitt
IceQueen64 on the forums , and she wanted help with a someone
ksing here, well before i could go she told me that the person had left..so i carryed on.
Now a giant comes up and am fighting it...and this archers comes along
and one thing pops into my mind....(crap, going to get ksed ) and when
i got the giant yetis health down half way i knew 2 things: 1= i was getting
the items and 2 the kill was mine...but guess what, he went zerk and decided
to ks me anyway, i told him to stop andhe ignored me and even had the
balls to try to pick the gold up.

well after he left i asked IceQueen64 if this was the same guy and sure
enough yes it was...well i had enough and i had a go at him...asked him
why he was ksing me, hell i even swore at him...and his reply was "sorry i was
helping you "
i mean we have all heard some excuses but wow , well he left but
the really funny part came when some guy/girl/thing pmed me saying
why i had a go at a 7 year old, well feeling bad i said sorry ... but
before the person left they said that i "made me sick to talk to a 9 year
old like that"....lol wow some people must sure age fast

But either way when people ks...dont lie, dont make a lame ass excuse
just say why you ks us...and thast because you lack the skills to kill a certain
monster by yourself and so need to kill someone elses.....go away and try
a bit more ok...problem solved

believe it or not, few weeks ago i made a new noobie (glaive) and some guy (24+) was grindin next to me and he actually asked me to come help when a giant was spawning next to him. And i always got kill (farmed+sox weapon) and he always thanked me for helping and got hella excited about it maaan i love those noobies

at low lvls, the only way to survive a giant was to gang-bang it. that goes away once you get to about 3X though... i think i remember killing giant scorps by myself and being hella excited. i also remember trying to solo giant white spiders outside hotan and dying over and over. the first one i got by myself was awesome :)

that being said, i KS every giant i see in the desert because 3/4 of them are being hit by bots, who don't deserve them anyway. when the rare player give me a "???" or a "no ks", i back off, recall my wolf, and freeze the giant until the person kills it, then apologize and explain my reasoning. we usually laugh about it and go on our way. i've made a few pretty cool friends that way.

I often ks giants, and i dont care if i get ksed for a giant, they're made so people gang up them i think.

I scream if people ks my normal mobs or champs though

yea well i do...especally like when what happens above, i mean if i get
the gaint down half way then its mine...my items and my kill plus if i say
back off then back off likewise if people tell me to stop then i stop.

i'm a nuker w/ AoE, so the other little mobs that spawn and hit me while i fight a giant don't bother me, they're just bonus exp anyway since my splash is gonna kill them. but str players sometimes don't want the hassle or the waste of pots and durability of lots of little mobs beating on them while they finish their giants, so i often pick those off and freeze the giant for them.

@ satman83 Why dont stand there is not many ppl around ..so you dont be ks from someone and ppl can hit on misstake on yours mobs think about it.

+1 for me, I'm pure Str and quite often peeps will come along and take out the mobs for me. I usually leave them some gold or something from the Giant drop to say thanks if they hang around, but more often than not they just go on there way.
I generally do the same for other people when I see them fighting a giant.
I've never KSed one (except a guy jacked me off one night) he would hit the Giant so it was fighting him, then he'd run away a bit and attack a mob monster so it would chase him back to the Giant, hit the giant one more time, then run off to find another mob monster.

He wanted the giant, and the cheeker bugger was trying to KS all the mob monsters from me aswell...!?!?!

Silly bugger, I zerked and 3 quick hits on the giant and it's mine

OMG....i hate people who do that, they should be banned ....or at least
beaten up a few times

Well to me idk i think normal mob and champs should be for the first person that attacks, a giant anyone can attack but i never attack if they have it over a 4th down

If you're going to take forever to kill a monster and i don't see any other monsters around me, you're gonna get ksed. If i see a giant, i'm ksing, why, because everyone loves to attack my giants. If i feel like it i'll ks u, why, because there's no set rule on ksing. If you're farming, i'll ks you, why, because it was fun for the guy who did it to me when i was farming, so i might as well try it out.
