Weird error... ~help!

I never had this error in my life.
I was just grinding and suddently I had a very weird lag and after like 10 seconds the lag was over and BAM this came.

You are pressing TO MUCH KEYS then ( Too many keystrokes) then it dc'es you

I think its something JM implemented to stop macros. If you press to many keys really fast you will get this msg

Which server you on? Cus there's a Dutch Knights in my server too..

Anyways, it could also be your firewall/anti virus kicking in. (I had that with my antivirus scan) Because i didn't allow GG (Did allow sro, but apperently pressed block at GG

)

Anyway, i think it is the macro prob, i had a huge lag so i bashed my keyboard.
