Unfortunately my mind-reading powers were sucked out of me last week by a rabid Beholder mini-monster that escaped from my secret pocket Laboratory.
Some questions:
Are you running a firewall, and if so, have you tried disabling it?
Have you tried reinstalling the game?
What are your system specs? Do they meet minimum requirements?
