whats so special about wind 2/4?

i dont alch blues yet(5d armour isnt worth it with 0 gap and no farming ahead of me)

8D tabs need them i think, and all the 8D people want to pimp their gears.

Most of STR and INT 6D, 7D & 8D need them .. that is y its costly on all servers.

just about every lv need them to make str stones

8d STR tabs need Wind II. So, wind II is a must for any high level.
