Quick Pure Int/Hybrid Spear Question

I've been reading the guides and want to change my pure int spear to a int hybrid spear, I think its the 2:1 hybrid thats the best.
For the best int hybrid spear what %'s should i have
currently:
naked, no clothes/armour/buffs
str: 60
int:175
phys attk: 18~29
phys def: 16
mag attk: 59-95
mag def: 53
physical balance: 54%
magical balance: 93%
hit ratio: 63
parry ratio: 67

soooo what should i keep my magical balance at to be a hybrid int heavy nuker spear user?

would i still use nukes a lot in pve and pvp?

Yes, use nukes all the way. But your nuking power will decrease compared to a pure build.

2:1 spear hybrid will have like 78% magical balance naked and uses mostly weapon attacks.
