Elixirs
Its blue coz there added a little bit of lucky and str.

any player's store in town if they r selling it, or monster drops

you can also use stones wich can be made by players.

Jade stones = green stones = make ure weapon blue but can also change weapon stats by assimilation
ruby stones= purple stones = change the white states of ure weapon can also change ure weaon stats my assimilation

elixiers you can buy watch for the colors yellow=weapon elixier used for weapons lightblue=protector elixier used for ure garment/armor/protector
darkblue/purple=shield elixier used for ure shield if you fuse a weapon and a elixier and it works you get +1 and so on. dont forget to use lucky powders they increase ( normally ) the chance to get a + every monster from tigers ( lvl 13 ) drop elixiers every monster below 13 doesnt drop elixier ( i think )
