Why can't i put this Cloth Clove (and others) on my characters? I am level 6.

Because you're currently wearing a type of protection called "garment". You cannot wear protector or armor w/ garment. However, you can wear protector with armor.

because it's a protector (look at the armor type). garments cannot be mixed with protector and armor. but protector and armor can be mixed together.
