I am 3:1 Int/str hybrid, lightning, what weapon?

ello people, hmm i decided to go 3:1 int/str hybrid, not sure which weapon i should go, i intend to do crazy korean SP farming, luckily i hae a SOM lvl 8 long pike, i'll be farming for 20k+ Sp before real thing start staying on lvl 14 ( taht's my intention not sure if schedule will change ) anyway, i would really liek to kno wwhich weapon is should go, so far i have 5 mastery and one river on lightning, hmmm currently intending to go 3 int 1 str ratio, lol i'm starting to go repetitive, so so so which weapon would go best? i read abit about suicidegirl's thread, and think hybrid is indeed more humane and hmm fun , so yea just abit help which weapon, which skills etc etc, thanks very much since i'm farming for that much Sp really won't like to screw up, so please help out =)

well cause a bow is more for physical users I would like to remove that one.
That leaves us with a spear and a sword , both are for magical users.
So then it's all up to you :wink:

but no worries , they're both very good for int users

If you're gonna nuke the Sword/Shield combo is preferred, if you want to go bold with a nuke yo ucan go Spear.. and if you just wanna poke stuff you should use the spear.

There is a guide to a nuker at the top of this page, actually. Read it if thats what you want to do.

i'm a 2:1 int hybrid, and if you're farming early on, i'd go with a spear...usually 1-2 hits on bandit archers and poof. nice magic damage as well.

I went 2:1 int hybrid with sword...very meek damage. But it gave me a second chance to live in PvP...but I tended to only scratch my opponents.
I switched to spear and began using spear skills too.

haha thank you all for wonderful replies, and yes SG has helped lots by reading her guide i learned pure blah is really plain npc built, it'd be an honour if she can come post some ideas =) i read her guide she's like 1:1 till 30 then 2:1 this allows her to be able to do physical skill damage as well as good nuke damage, i personally admire her built but don't wanna completely copy it that is why i want everyone's suggestion, but one thing is if i was to go 3: 1 ratio int/str, this will leave me with too little str to show any physical skill damage? like the spear combos? is this true?
