Reallocation skill scroll? what skills

yo, i use a fire glave str, and sadly i put 4 points in wolf bite, and one point in that skill ( 3rd one ) for spear mastery, people say no good, so i'm planning on buying a reallocation skill scroll considering the quantity is exactly 5, i can clear the 4 wolf bite and 1 * * skill?

one more question, simple answer please, which skills am i suppose to have max for glave/spear mastery.
