need lightning help

is it better to focus on just lightning or on both wepon and lightineng and what skilz should i use? (focus on one is to put mastery on both but only put skills on one)

if you're an int build you might only wanna go for the lightning + fire nukes and drop the weapon mastery.
But I actually don't quite get your question ...
