Registration problem Image not displayed

i click on the registration button on the top right corner of the website on the main page.
then i click accept on the rules and blah blah.

then i get to the page where u create the account name and id and blah
BUT IN THIS PAGE THERE IS AN IMAGE WITH LETTERS ON THEM so that computers don't generate accounts its not showing i refreshed and also used couple of more browsers i still cant solve the problem the image just doest display.
