i just started today and im planning to make a nuker pure INT char wearing armor sword+shield i thinking to use lighting + fire/cold ( not sure which one ) and i need help which one better fire+lighting or cold+lighting and till what lvl i should up my mastery of elements and sword mastery also which skills to learn

you should choose fire+lighting because you are gonna nuke.

I always keep 3-5 gap so if you are lvl 30 all your masterys ( sword+fire+lighting) should be 26 ( or something like that )

till what lvl should i up my spear mastery cause im planing to use spear what would be my max spear mastery

Well it can be has high has you want it but if you want to invest nore sp into nukes and buffs, but I would keep them all pretty close maybe have wep powers be like 5-10 lvls high but since your only doing 3 skill trees you i can also keep them the same, it's up to you
