game not initiating

i have reinstalled 3 times the sro client and things. yet the game will still not com e up. gameguard does its thing and then the little rectangle for the game never comes up. game will not start. i have recently gotten to lvl 24 and got new bow at my dads house but didnt get to play it yet. so now im at my moms and the game wont work. it has worked until about a week ago. why wont it come up and ne suggestions would be nice thanks.
